Exchanges
- We do not exchange items.
- Please follow the return instructions below, and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
Return Restrictions
- Each item is assigned a Season, which determines its specific return policy.
You can find the Season for any item on our website under the Specifications tab beneath the product photo.
It also appears on your receipt or packing slip. - Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

White shirts may NOT be returned if they were removed from the package.
Detailed measurement charts are included in each listing, and we are available by phone or email to assist with sizing before you purchase. - Year-Round items may be returned at any time as long as they are being sold in our stores.
- Seasonal items must be shipped back within 5 days or returned in-store within 7 days.

Shipped & Delivered Orders;
- The 7 days begin when your package is delivered, per the tracking number.
- Your order needs to be handed off to the post office within 5 days, or brought to one of our stores within 7 days.

Pickup Orders;
- The 7 days begin when the “ready for pickup” email or text is sent.
- You have 7 days to return in store. If mailing the return, it must be handed off to the post office within 5 days.
- The 7 days begin when the “ready for pickup” email or text is sent.
- Shabbos, Yom Tov, and legal holidays ARE included in your time frame.
- Sale items and personalized items are NOT returnable.
- Orders placed with discount codes of 20% or more are NOT returnable.
- When returning an order that had been placed with free shipping, and you keep less than $50 worth, we will deduct our original shipping cost from your refund.
- Items returned in violation of these conditions may be accepted with a 50% restocking fee, or donated to charity at our discretion.
- Orders placed using a gift card will be refunded as a store or web credit.

Some credit card processors have limits on how long past the purchase date they allow a card to be refunded. If you return an item outside of this window and we cannot refund the original card used for the purchase, we will issue a store or web credit.
Return Process
- You do not need authorization to send back a return.
- If your order includes items eligible for return, a return label will be included in your package.
- Place all items you are returning in a box or shipping bag.
- Attach the included label.
- Please fill out your return address, and write your order number below the tracking number.
- You may combine items from multiple orders into one return.
- The package can be given to your local post office, mailman, or mailbox
- Using this label will incur a shipping charge. Cost will be based on USPS shipping rates when the package arrives at our location.

If you'd like to use your own shipping method;
- Ship out your package using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost packages.
