Refund policy

Exchanges

  • We do not exchange items.
  • Please follow the return instructions below, and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.

Return Restrictions

  • Most purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
  • Items must be returned in their original conditions and packaging, all tags still attached. White shirts may NOT be returned if they were taken out of the package.
  • Seasonal items must be returned within 7 days.
  • For orders that were shipped, the 7 days begin upon delivery of your package to the shipping address you submitted, as per your tracking number. Your order needs to arrive back in our store within the 7 days.
  • Orders that were submitted for "in store pickup" have 7 days from when the "ready for pickup" email was sent.
  • Sale items and personalized items are NOT returnable.
  • Purchases using a discount code are NOT returnable.
  • When returning an order that had been placed with free shipping, and you keep less than $50 worth, we refund you less our original shipping cost.
  • Items that are returned and violate the above conditions will either be accepted with a 50% restocking fee, or be donated to charity at our discretion.

Return Process

  • You do not need authorization to send back a return.
  • If your order contains items that are allowed to be returned, a return label will be included in your package.
  • Place all items you are returning in a box or shipping bag.
  • Attach the included label.
  • Please fill out your return address, and write your order number below the tracking number
  • You may use 1 return label to return items from multiple orders in the same package
  • Package can be given to your local post office, mailman or mailbox
  • Using this label will incur a shipping charge. Cost will be based upon USPS shipping rates when the package arrives at our location.

If you'd like to use your own shipping method;

  • Ship out your package using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Please include your order number or name, address, phone number in the package
